Donations
When donating to Roads of Hope through any Roads of Hope portals of giving (i.e. website, check, bank draft, or other), you understand and confirm:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- Donations are given voluntarily and are generally non-refundable
- A receipt will be provided for your records when applicable
Donations to Roads of Hope, Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, are processed by Globe International, Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax exempt charity located in Pensacola, Florida or by Globe International, e.V. located in Hamminkeln, Germany (for E.U. donations), or Globe International in Dunfermline, England (for U.K. donations).
All contributions designated for specific projects shall be applied to those projects with exception being in the rare occasion that more contributions for a given project are received than we can wisely apply, whereby we will use the funds toward similar, pressing needs.
If you believe a donation was made in error or have any concerns, please email [email protected] or call the number listed at the bottom of these Terms. We will review each situation and do our best to assist in a fair and reasonable manner.
Content and Use of Materials
All content on this site, including written materials, artwork, graphics, photographs, sound recordings, and video recordings are the property of Roads of Hope, Inc. All rights are reserved.
